Creating a StarkBet account: what you need
Registration on StarkBet is designed to take less than a minute. You need an Indian mobile number that can receive SMS, a password, and to be 18 or older. Email is optional but recommended for account recovery and receipts. No documents are needed to register or deposit; identity verification comes later, before the first withdrawal. Choosing the right settings at sign-up
- Currency: INR. It cannot be changed afterwards. Playing in rupees avoids conversion charges on UPI deposits and withdrawals.
- Password. At least 8 characters with a number and a symbol. Do not reuse a password from another site.

"Incorrect password"
Check caps lock and the number format (+91 without spaces). If you still cannot get in, use Log in with code to enter via OTP and reset the password from Profile › Security.
OTP not arriving
Wait 60 seconds and tap Resend. Check that the number is correct and that your phone is not in DND mode for transactional SMS. If you are abroad, roaming can delay SMS; use email login instead.
"Account blocked"
Usually triggered by several failed password attempts or a self-exclusion setting. Contact live chat; after verifying your identity, support will unblock or explain the exclusion period.
Logged out repeatedly on Android
Battery-saver modes on MIUI, ColorOS and FunTouch can clear app data in the background. Exclude StarkBet from battery optimisation and enable biometric login so re-entry is instant. See the install guide for the exact settings.
Account security features
Profile › Security gives you two-factor authentication by SMS or an authenticator app, biometric login in the app, a list of active sessions you can end remotely, and login notifications for new devices. Withdrawal confirmations can also be protected with 2FA. StarkBet staff never ask for your password or OTP; anyone who does is not StarkBet.
Verification (KYC) after registration
Before the first withdrawal you will be asked to verify your identity once. Upload a clear photo of Aadhaar, PAN, passport or driving licence and a selfie in Profile › Verification. Automated checks usually finish in minutes; manual review takes up to 24 hours. The name on your payout account must match your ID. Complete it early so your first win is paid without delay. Closing or pausing your account
